It’s exam time! Since ServiceNow’s New York release came out, anyone with a ServiceNow certification is required to complete a short, 10-question delta exam. These exams serve to ensure that all certified users understand the new features inside the newest release.
One of the largest changes with this series of exams lies with the rollout of the new Now Learning portal, located at https://nowlearning.service-now.com/.

Delta exams are offered after each release for all major ServiceNow certifications. If you already have a certification, you should have received an email instructing you on the specifics of the Delta exams, including the timeline you have to complete the exam.
