In his spare time, he loves to go running, hiking, biking and loves music, concerts, playing guitar and the craft beer scene. His favorite memory at Pathways is watching our team win the annual CreatorCon Hackathon at Knowledge19!
Matthew creates innovative solutions on the ServiceNow Platform for clients, as well as Pathways internally, that solve various pain points and problems all while adhering to, advising on, and relaying best practices. Matthew also is responsible bolstering the partnership with ServiceNow and maintaining Pathways’ status as an Elite Partner. Matthew proudly states, “My career at Pathways is the best working experience I have ever had and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.”
Matthews loves to play videogames and has recently begun a side project to make one of his own. Spending free time with friends and family, including his dog Reginald Vincent, keeps him on his toes and always on the go. Matthew’s proudest accomplishment while working at Pathways was getting the Certify application released on the ServiceNow Store, which was a Pathways first.
Ben ensures that the services our clients receive are delivered successfully. He loves to be able to support clients from all different arenas (financial firms, supermarkets, TV networks, healthcare, etc.), figuring out how those companies function and the unique challenges that comes with each. “I love Pathways’ commitment to quality and the value of putting people first.”
In his spare time, Ben enjoys wood working, golfing and spending time with friends and family. His favorite memory from Pathways is attending the Seahawks vs. Eagles game in Philadelphia (as a Seahawks fan).

He leverages his education and experience in enterprise architecture to ensure clients have the right solution that is fit for use and for purpose. He has worked in healthcare, industrial gases and engineering, and ServiceNow consulting industries.
Internally, Bruce helps to refine solution architecture principles and ensures project teams are aligned with clients’ roadmaps and standards. He also works with Pathways’ leadership in supporting business and IT strategies by using enterprise architecture to enable growth, innovation, and new service offerings.
In his spare time, Bruce likes to run and has completed many marathons and half marathons. He also has a large collection of retro video games. Brian ensures that the product we are delivering is up to specifications based on the requirements a client has provided us. “We are the last line of defense before handing off to a client for them to review, so quality is a top priority!”
A huge University of Michigan fan, one of his favorite things to do outside of work is to travel to their sporting events. His favorite memory from Pathways is moving from our small, not so great office to our new, spacious location, showing just how much the company has grown in such a short period of time.
Joe is responsible for working with the new Developers, mentoring them with defining their goals and establishing a solid career map. Aside from being a manager, Joe also leads client and development efforts for projects and day-to-day support.
A big fan of Minecraft and video games, Joe brings his fun, creative problem-solving skills to work every day. As a way to de-stress at the end of the day, Joe initiated a Nerf gun war among all the employees which has turned into an office favorite. When it comes to the team at Pathways, Joe feels like the people are easily the best part about the job. “You can always ask. We always solve problems as a team so if you happen to walk by someone’s desk and listen in on a problem, everyone is welcome to join in. We’ve created many impromptu group sessions and have been able to come up with some really interesting, better crafted solutions.”
Patrick performs project, program, portfolio, and organizational project management while also overseeing the activities of Pathways’ project managers. Patrick notes that “The camaraderie of the team members and their dedication to helping each other excel is really what differentiates Pathways. The People-First Culture here truly makes Pathways an incredible place to work each and every day.”
Beyond spending time with family and friends and staying healthy, Patrick is a big sci-fi and action movie fan, an avid driver, and an amateur griller that aspires to be a master. His favorite memories from his time at Pathways were the weekly Super Smash Brothers Melee contests that determined where we would order our Friday lunches.
