We’ve decided to take this model to the next level with a unique Service Catalog Training Camp to provide new-to-ServiceNow developers with hands-on experience. Our immersive program takes your developers beyond theory, equipping them with the practical tools and skills necessary to confidently tackle development projects. 

This 4-day training program is perfect for individuals stepping into the world of ServiceNow Service Catalog creation. For completion, the trainee will need to dedicate approximately 6 hours a day for 4 days. During this time, the trainee will:

Participants are expected to have completed one or both of the following:

  • “ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals,” an on-demand course in ServiceNow Now Learning
  • “New to ServiceNow” training path on the ServiceNow Developer site

 

Access to a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is also required.
