Pathways has recently collaborated with a company compliance and auditing firm which resulted in a successful long-term partnership. In the beginning, this company had no process for doing any sort of project management or demand management. They were a siloed company that had five major business lines. At the time, each silo was using a different set of tools and processes to do project management.
