Our current 9.8 CSAT score reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and our team’s outstanding performance through the quality of our work.
We’ve grown more than 300 percent since we started our journey. With continual education, training and process improvements, Pathways has gone from an Authorized ServiceNow partner to Silver and now shooting for Gold. We’ve implemented ServiceNow for hundreds of diverse organizations, ranging from IT, finance, customer service, healthcare, retail, government and many other sectors.
Pathways has evolved, grown, matured and to symbolize our evolution, we will be changing the face of Pathways through a new logo and rebranding.
