Career development and company culture were two categories the magazine listed as our biggest strengths. “We want our employees to evolve with the company,” Mary continued. “We constantly sponsor employees to attend workshops and other training initiatives. It’s good for them and it’s good for Pathways.”
Some members of our team traveled to the Consulting Magazine gala event at the University Club Chicago. Jeff Giovinazzo, Pathways’ founder and President accepted the award on behalf of every member of our team. “Whether it’s one of our sales reps on a call with a new client, or one of our developers assisting an existing client with a ServiceNow implementation, everyone on our team enjoys the process and is invested in it,” said Jeff. “This positivity and care comes across to our clients. Even during critical projects and last-minute deliverables, our team maintains outstanding chemistry and composure. Clients are constantly e-mailing me to complement our team.”
