Pathways’ Team Scrantonicity lands top spot in ServiceNow’s Hackathon

For the second year in a row, Team Scrantonicity was one of the top three entrants and presented their Hackathon entry (named Reizen) to all Knowledge19 Hackathon attendees in an effort to claim the top spot. At the end of the day, the judges selected our app as the winning entry, and we couldn’t be prouder of our team that developed Reizen from an idea all the way through development.

The Pathways team worked diligently over Tuesday’s intense 10-hour run, leveraging ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent to create a custom-built application inside of ServiceNow that assists users through an automated chatbot to book flights, hotels and ride shares for business expenditures.

The annual Knowledge Hackathon is a great opportunity for attendees of all teams to put their ultimate knowledge of the NOW Platform to the test. This year, there were 55 competing teams who were vying for the top spot in the Hackathon, which involved creating the most innovative custom-built application that could solve everyday business problems.

Congrats again to everyone who had a hand in developing this idea and for the team in Vegas who executed it!
