Patrick performs project, program, portfolio, and organizational project management while also overseeing the activities of Pathways’ project managers. Patrick notes that “The camaraderie of the team members and their dedication to helping each other excel is really what differentiates Pathways. The People-First Culture here truly makes Pathways an incredible place to work each and every day.”
Beyond spending time with family and friends and staying healthy, Patrick is a big sci-fi and action movie fan, an avid driver, and an amateur griller who aspires to be a master. His favorite memories from his time at Pathways were the weekly Super Smash Brothers Melee contests that determined where we would order our Friday lunches.
