The team at Pathways is proud to announce its acceptance into ServiceNow’s Authorized Training Program and Matt Swarts of the Pathways’ team has been appointed as our first ServiceNow Certified Principal Training Consultant!
Being an Authorized Training Partner allows Pathways to offer ServiceNow training to our Clients, as well as to those outside of our Client-base. Training instructors are provided with the latest and greatest directly from ServiceNow so that we can constantly stay ahead of the curve.
As a Certified Trainer, Matt will attend ServiceNow sessions throughout the year to sharpen and enhance his presentation, training and technical skills. In addition to training clients, he will be able to provide this training to our internal employees which will provide them with valuable hands-on instruction. This ensures that all developers and technical consultants can provide the best solutions to our clients at all times.
Matt started at Pathways 4 1/2 years ago as a developer. With his previous experience, he now has 8 ½ years development expertise under his belt. In 4 ½ years’ time, he has worked his way from a Solutions Consultant before becoming our ServiceNow Certified Principal Training Consultant.
We believe Matt is our best choice for this position because he will solve any challenge that comes his way. If exposed to a scenario where he does not know the answer, he will dedicate time to research the challenge to figure out the best possible solution.
His coworkers refer to him as the “Golden Boy,” meaning Matt will help his coworkers in any way possible. Even after hours, Matt can be found researching and working on efforts whether it is his project or not. At Pathways we believe that family comes first. Matt is a great example of an individual who knows how to manage work-life balance.
Jeff Giovinazzo, President and CEO of Pathways believes that Matt brings an incredible dynamic to Pathways and on any project he is assigned to. With his high energy and motivation, he is encouraging and a great leader and mentor and makes us proud to have him be one of the reasons we continue to progress as a company.
