“Matt is probably one of the busiest employees at Pathways yet will always make time to help me if I need it, and would do the same for anyone else. Since Day 1 (for me) he has played a huge role in helping me figure out my next move with technical pieces and does a phenomenal job explaining every concept in a way that helps someone like me, a non-dev, understand it perfectly. Without him I would definitely be lost in terms of my ServiceNow knowledge. He is also one of the best people to talk to when you have a bad day because his sense of humor and his energy on calls in unmatched. Pathways would definitely be different without Matt!”
