Make work work better for you with ServiceNow

In November 2018, ServiceNow released a 15-minute online survey to ask American workers at companies with 500+ employees to find out what it is about work they want to find meaningful.

In the survey, it was reported that 37% of employees would rather be stuck in traffic than to troubleshoot an IT issue, such as a broken printer, by themselves. 47% reported that mundane work makes them feel like their wasting their time. Other employees reported feeling unmotivated, underutilized, more stressed and frustrated, and that they are not living up to their potential.

At the end of the day, ServiceNow wants to turn mundane tasks into automated processes and deliver digital workflows that will create great experiences. There is nothing more frustrating than an old, legacy ITSM platform. Aside from the frustration that comes with working inside of an outdated program, this may also serve as a liability that drags your performance down with every passing day. When your IT platform isn’t up to date, you’re wasting a lot of precious time that could be put towards more innovative tasks rather than trying to keep a legacy application up-to-date with the newest features and security patches.

As a ServiceNow partner since 2012, our team at Pathways can help introduce the benefits and help eliminate the repeatable, everyday routine tasks. Our 9.8 CSAT score has left clients feeling happy and satisfied with their new platform — not to mention the weight lifted off their shoulders from trying to keep their legacy applications in compliance with new laws and regulations.
