Increase of women at Pathways — Women to Watch: Tech Watch

This week’s Tech Watch covers one of Mary’s favorite topics – an increase of women in technology!

Over the past 18 months, the number of women in Pathways has increased by over 125%! What’s even better is that while some are not heavily involved in the subject of technology, they are still embracing the industry and demonstrating an interest in technology education such as web development and ServiceNow certifications!

Mary believes that without diversity or inclusion, technology creation gets slanted. With this, a lack of women in technology can lead to a decrease in performance and profits, creating a missed opportunity for business. Therefore, ensuring that there’s a good balance of women leading and working in the workplace just makes for good business!
