CEO
Mary is the CEO at Pathways. Her central purpose is leading delivery and overseeing HR, but she also plays a significant role in driving strategy for the organization, an area she excels at. She loves getting people excited about the things she’s excited about. Not only known for her impressive accomplishments at Pathways, but Mary is also a pioneer for women in business and acts as a mentor for female entrepreneurs everywhere. Mary is excited about the new opportunities the company will go to market with and the future growth of the organization.
Her most cherished memory at Pathways was the day she and her business partner and founder, Jeff Giovinazzo, sat down with a paper placemat and drew out the vision they had for the company. Someday, Manzo believes they’ll find that placemat and frame it. Fast forward years later, she reflects on all the highs and lows throughout her entrepreneurial career and every day learns from them to become a better leader.
In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family. She treasures the time with her grandchildren, who bring so much joy to her life.
Co-President and Chief Revenue Officer
Jeff is the Co-President and Chief Revenue Officer at Pathways. He leads the sales and finance teams and is responsible for building and maintaining the customer relationships that help Pathways thrive. Before devoting his work full-time to Pathways in 2006, he wore multiple hats in the technology industry, where he began as a Solution Consultant some 40 years ago.
His favorite memory at Pathways was during the challenging times following the collapse of Lehman Brothers. He tenaciously pursued the new CTO of the world’s largest clearing house for five months for an opportunity to help execute on her operational excellence initiative. She ended the first meeting with, “I think I know how to do this, Jeff,” which he didn’t argue but shared how change resistant the culture was and how he could help if she only gave him the chance. By the fifth month, she left him a voicemail that said, “I just spent another four hours with these people. You got your shot, Jeff. Get in there.” That one opportunity was the single moment that brought Pathways back from the brink of failure, and although she doesn’t know it, he will always be in her debt.
Outside the office, Jeff appreciates quality time with his loved ones, sudoku, or a Marvel movie marathon.
Co-President and Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
Jeff serves as Co-President and CGO at Pathways, where he leads the company’s Go-to-Market Strategy, Business Development, and ServiceNow Channel Sales. With a strong focus on building and nurturing customer relationships, Jeff plays a pivotal role in driving Pathways’ growth and success.
Before the merger of Sollus and Pathways, Jeff founded and served as CEO of JIT, a ServiceNow Elite pure-play partner, which he established in 2010. Under his leadership, JIT achieved recognition for its expertise in ServiceNow implementations and enterprise platform solutions. His strategic guidance during the transition from JIT to Sollus—and now from Sollus to Pathways—has positioned the organization for sustainable growth and industry leadership.
Throughout his career, Jeff has been committed to aligning company goals with clients’ enterprise platform journeys, leveraging ServiceNow to solve complex business challenges. Successfully migrating industry and product strategies from JIT to Sollus remains one of his proudest achievements, and he now views the ongoing evolution to Pathways as an exciting new chapter in his professional journey.
Outside of work, Jeff values quality time with his family, friends, and colleagues, fostering meaningful connections in both his personal and professional life.

Matthew also is responsible for bolstering the partnership with ServiceNow and maintaining Pathways’ status as an Elite Partner. Matthew proudly states, “My career at Pathways is the best working experience I have ever had and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.”
Matthews loves to play video games and has recently begun a side project to make one of his own. Spending free time with friends and family, including his dog Reginald Vincent, keeps him on his toes and always on the go. Matthew’s proudest accomplishment while working at Pathways was getting the Certify application released on the ServiceNow Store, which was a Pathways first.
Director of Support & Staffing Services
Ben ensures that the services our clients receive are delivered successfully. Manager of Business Analysis
Originally from Germany, Armin started with Pathways as a Senior Technical Consultant before being promoted to his current role. “I love working with such a different variety of clients and helping them improve their processes and deploying the digital workplace.”
In his spare time, Armin enjoys scuba diving, cooking, and volunteering with Braven – a program run by Braven at Rutgers University to help minority students prepare for internships and jobs after college. His favorite memory from Pathways is the satisfaction he feels when he brings successful implementations to clients.
Quality Analyst Manager
Brian ensures that the product we are delivering is up to specifications based on the requirements a client has provided us. “We are the last line of defense before handing off to a client for them to review, so quality is a top priority!”
A huge University of Michigan fan, one of his favorite things to do outside of work is to travel to their sporting events. His favorite memory from Pathways is moving from our small, not so great office to our new, spacious location, showing just how much the company has grown in such a short period of time.
Delivery Manager
Brandon ensures that Pathways’ delivery process is as effective and repeatable as possible. As a manager, Brandon is responsible for mentoring and assisting members of our development team while also ensuring best practices are being followed. “I truly believe in Pathways’ mission and commitment to quality. There’s not a day I don’t look forward to what comes next.”
His favorite memory is winning the ServiceNow Hackathon in 2019. In addition to his management responsibilities, Brandon is also a key player in keeping our website and internal portals updated and maintained.
Brandon also moonlights as a web developer. His other hobbies include playing video games (especially 2D fighting games) and tinkering with PC hardware.
Delivery Manager
Joe is responsible for working with the new Developers, mentoring them with defining their goals and establishing a solid career map. Aside from being a manager, Joe also leads client and development efforts for projects and day-to-day support.
A big fan of Minecraft and video games, Joe brings his fun, creative problem-solving skills to work every day. As a way to de-stress at the end of the day, Joe initiated a Nerf gun war among all the employees which has turned into an office favorite. When it comes to the team at Pathways, Joe feels like the people are easily the best part about the job. “You can always ask. We always solve problems as a team so if you happen to walk by someone’s desk and listen in on a problem, everyone is welcome to join in. We’ve created many impromptu group sessions and have been able to come up with some really interesting, better crafted solutions.”
Manager of Project Management
Patrick performs project, program, portfolio, and organizational project management while also overseeing the activities of Pathways’ project managers. Patrick notes that “The camaraderie of the team members and their dedication to helping each other excel is really what differentiates Pathways. The People-First Culture here truly makes Pathways an incredible place to work each and every day.”
Beyond spending time with family and friends and staying healthy, Patrick is a big sci-fi and action movie fan, an avid driver, and an amateur griller that aspires to be a master.
