New in New York: Now Mobile

According to ServiceNow, the future of work is mobile – the same way smartphones and mobile applications have impacted lives at home. The improved application, Now Mobile, delivers brand new mobile experience for New York, allowing employees to find answers and become more productive across all departments, including IT, HR, finance, and legal. The end user functionalities of the Now Platform are available in the palm of your hand instead of the PC alone.

With the same look and feel of the ServiceNow Agent application, the new mobile application is geared towards end users and is available on IOS, Android and Google. Users can now search for knowledge articles, open up requests, check requests, check incidents, provide approvals and review asset information.

 

  

 

While using the new application, employees can submit incidents and requests, manage tasks, and access company resources from anywhere. New hires can also complete onboarding to-dos, ask questions and view relevant content.
