With Knowledge18 wrapped up and our teams back from Las Vegas, we’ve taken some time to reflect on the events last week.
With Team Scrantonicity placing 3rd out of the roughly 35 teams participating in the CreatorCon Hackathon, their next steps include hosting a ServiceNow-backed webinar for approximately 2500 development members of the ServiceNow community.

Pathways owner and CEO Jeff Giovinazzo met up with Fred Luddy and John Donahoe from ServiceNow. “I was excited to meet the guy who started it all,” said Giovinazzo.
“It’s exciting to be at Knowledge each year — to see how much its grown and how amazing some of the solutions are that are coming out. It’s definitely a can’t-miss event.”
The Pathways team also brought some literal color to this year’s Knowledge conference. “With these shirts, we got a lot of attention.” Giovinazzo said. “We had gotten so many positive responses to them — it was a great idea.”
“And it’s always a pleasure to see our clients outside of work,” continued Giovinazzo. “This year, we got to meet with a lot of our clients. I just want to extend a huge ‘thank you’ to our clients and we’re looking forward to extending our relationships further.”
