We Care: Our proceeds to the Catherine McAuley Center

The average cost of a box of diapers can be between $21-$45. This is a near-impossible price to pay for a woman struggling to feed and house her family while looking for work.

The Catherine McAuley Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide as many women and children a safe space and the necessary support to help navigate a path towards a better life. Therefore, our team wants to take away the stress of affording everyday essentials so that these residents can have the chance to focus more on their families and their job hunt! This includes diapers, wipes, formula, clothes, soaps, blankets, socks, and more.

Over the past month, our team at Pathways collected over $850 worth of everyday essentials and household items for the women and children who benefit from the hard work and dedication from the volunteers. This includes:

– Winter boots
– Multiple Boxes of Diapers
– Multiple Boxes of Baby Wipes
– Diaper Cream
– Multiple Food Items
– Blankets
– Shampoo
– First Aid Items
– Soap
– Paper Towels
– Tissues
– Toilet Paper
– Napkins
– Dish Detergent
– Sponges
– Garbage Bags

The center was extremely grateful for our donations. The purpose of our We Care initiative is to make an impact in our community by supporting local non-profit organizations. By volunteering our energy and efforts, we hope to strengthen our community one month at a time.

Our company-wide We Care Community Outreach Program values the importance of giving back to local organizations. This is our way of doing our part in spreading kindness and helping those who need it the most.
