Getting the most out of Knowledge19

Team Pathways has had the privilege of attending ServiceNow’s annual Knowledge Conference the past seven years. Last year at Knowledge18, we had the opportunity to participate in the Hackathon – an event that started with 30 teams, and we finished in the top three! Check out last year’s submission here.

To make the most out of Knowledge every year, our team goal is to achieve two things:

1) Prioritize the sessions we attend, learn about what’s new and what’s coming, network with peers and customers to learn about what they’re interested in, participate in training and experience the overall excitement of ServiceNow.

2) Bring clients together, helping them network with their peers and assist with focused conversations regarding the ServiceNow roadmap and what’s coming next, while making introductions with some of the ServiceNow thought leaders.

ServiceNow invests a great deal of time and energy into this knowledge-packed event. As attendees, we are granted the opportunity to meet several individuals we would otherwise not have access to. Not only are we able to learn about our clients’ experience with delivering ServiceNow, but can also leverage these opportunities to learn more about what is of their interest and what we can anticipate for in the future.

Through the inspiration and education provided through each of the outstanding sessions, attending this event each year is of crucial importance to our team. Every year becomes more and more fascinating and we cannot wait to see what comes next!
